This comment is late so it’s not a spoiler, but in retrospect I like how Steven so easily pushed that boulder when the other gems struggled. Possibly another clue to him being a Diamond because it highlights that his strength comes not from being just any gem, but specifically a Diamond.
If anyone’s still curious, it was confirmed by Rebecca Sugar that anything Lion can do, Lars can do too. So that means he can make portals and sonic blasts like Lion with his voice. Another interesting idea with that fact is that Lars can basically just be Jesus, since we know Lion can also walk on water.
Steven never brought anyone in Lion’s mane. For all we know, no human has been there, but we know gems can cause of Bismuth. I’m sure anyone can go in, but Steven is the one who has to bring them in I assume.
Yeah, the closest we’ve seen to a human going into that dimension was when Steven tried pulling Lars’s hand through his own head. We have seen Peridot actually enter Lion’s mane though in “It Could’ve Been Great”
Man I still remember where I was when I first watched Lars straight up die.
I remember the posts about people talking about how you can hear his bones crack and everything when he hits the rocks. I cant tell if they were right, but I always remember that comment during that scene.

I’m so surprised most of you guys don’t like Padparadscha much. I was like H-Man and found her adorable. Plus she is good disability rep in the form of a sapphire, meant to see the future, but can only see the recent past instead. And I believe since she’s a cyclops she likely can’t see out of her actual eye. So she’s just assuming she’s making predictions for the future, when she’s actually like a minute behind real time. Gotta be a little patient with her but she’s so sweet~
Fluorite is a polycule of 6 gems that are in love, which is also great rep!
The Rutile twins are great rep for conjoined twins or other birth defects.
And ofc Rhodonite is a Pearl and Ruby fusion which is just as taboo as a Ruby and a Sapphire fusing. It’s such a nice group of people with situations they can’t control finding comfort and safety together and I love it so much 🙂
I guess Amethyst would be considered an off-color, or maybe it’s a bigger deal on Homeworld since we know even Blue Diamond’s court had a few flawed gems like a skinny Jasper.

I dont think she was in Blue Diamond’s court, she was just kept as a symbol of Pink’s memory in th same way all of the Rose Quartzes were.
