Legends of awesomeness was quite good, it was much lower stakes than any of the movies so you really got to see more of the character interactions, Po bonding properly with the 5 and everything.
Is it just me or does the sound when Po is walking on the squeaky floorboards quickly before entering Crane's room kind of sounds like the Pixar lamp bouncing on the I.
I love that Po’s super power that made him so special and such a good fighter was the fact that he was fat. He didn’t lose weight or get fit as he trained, and being fat is what saved him. I was never super overweight or anything, but my little sister (who was always WAY taller/bigger than me) was always the biggest kid around, height and weight wise. She really resonated with po as a kid and became her favorite. I just remember how much I loved the movie coming out of the theater, and probably half that enjoyment was just because of how it impacted her
I also like to think that Uguei's staff breaking was, in a way, Uguei's spirit trying to protect Shifu <3
I don't think it's confirmed, but my personal theory is that what Uguei did to Tai Lung was a CHI attack (explored in later movies) and what Tai Lung does to the 5 near the end is just a nerve attack, hitting pressure points.
I love this movie so much!
