The episode "The Mountain" and Matthew's character specifically are the reason why im convinced that Garnet's character from SU was always messed-up... and Ruby and Sapphire's relationship was always Toxic. at least until Future where they actually improved their dynamic... but that's just my perspective.
Also i want to take this opportunity to once again Recommend the boys of Sorta Stupid to check out the Youtube Video called "The Complete Adventure Time Timeline" by ChannelFrederator once they finish watching the main show. And if you do take this suggestion into consideration... then be aware that it must the video that just says the tittle above, not the "Distant Lands Update" or "Fionna and Cake Update" because those 2 videos are obviously the same timeline but including the events of those 2 shows.
Im recommending you guys to watch that video because it is very likely that you'll forget important events of the series by the time you finish the show and start watching Distant Lands and Fionna and Cake. It's just a suggestion so don't feel pressured to do it if you don't want to.

Glob's sacrifice is one of the best examples 'show, don't tell.' When Finn asks him why bother with anything because everything after birth is a dissapointment and we all die, Glob doesn't answer him and sacrifices himself without hesitation to show him that it is worth it.

I love how they’re just camping in the first episode when Finn suddenly wakes up essentially saying God is dead. Like imagine your younger sibling wakes up and the first thing they do is tell you god is dead and switch to immediately telling you that you should probably go help a friend of yours out.

It's curious, what does The Lich mean by "Before everything there were monsters?" How did existence come about, then? Why does the Lich? (or whatever is left of him in Sweet Pee) know about this and what mentioned as a sacred lesson? And especially if living beings believe in gods like Glob (the G brothers of Mars), WHAT DO MONSTERS BELIEVE IN?

During The Visitor, my notifications were blowing up, and I use Adventure Time soundbites for various stuff to know whether I can ignore/need to check, and during that eps reaction, I was getting constant Finn saying "Lame" the entire time, which was hilarious considering it was daddy Martins eps, also, Commit The Visitor to memory, because the revelations come later. That's all I'll say, cause it took me a few run throughs of the entire series before this episode finally clicked about some stuff. Also RIP to Gob, Glob, Grob and Grod, even though it wasn't the comet he was deflecting.

I don’t remember it fully, but to sum up The Mountain, Lemongrab doesn’t like that Matthew is an infinite being when his and many others living is finite, so he said screw that noise and offed Matthew

Little by little we are given answers, what comets mean, a possible origin of the Lich?, and IT SEEMS that Martin is indeed Finn's father, who knows if what he said is real ;) and if you wonder what the Matiu Mountain, as I have seen on Reddit, it is a representation of a cult, Anti-own life â—‹.â—‹, which renounced its own essence to emerge as that white floating being, which would be part of that, "second era of the terror", but both Earl gray (Lemongrap) and Finn by understanding their essence and accepting them, Earl (accepting his origin from the two Lemongrap and overcoming his mistakes to be a stable being) as well as Finn accepting his existence without an arm and something else ? ;)

On the other hand, 2 things. 1) Mirrors are what you want the most (Earl wanted to be understood by PB unilaterally, meaning that only she would understand it but he did not have to understand empathy, and Finn at that moment returned to FP out of jealousy) What you want the least (Earl let LemonHope get his place and change his way of being[having a little bit of Earl(black shirt) in him] and Finn let Jake and BMO eat his Finn cupcakes and finally and the most complex A representation of your essence Earl was created from Earl White Shirt and Earl Black Shirt, having an existential problem, it is when he proves that he is made of fat that he sees that this fat COMES FROM HIM and not from anyone else, that Earl Gray Shirt is his own individual , and Finn in the episode "Stay" calls his spirit animal, which are butterflies, this helps him go along the path and when he sees himself without his arm, now reacting not with fear but with acceptance. 2) Why a being "powerful" like Matiev was defeated by lemons, simple Matiev being a fusion of beings selfish and without identity tried lemons, but lemons from LemonLLON (The giant lemon that upon discovering empathy became lemons to feed his people being the opposite). to selfishness) of that in the end Earl Gray Shirt goes back to sleep and when he sees that void on the shelf he only fills it and sleeps free of his past.

Adventure Time season 6 is full of these deep abstract messages in their episodes. Some of them I still don't understand, like the mountain so thanks for explaining
