Those sith were more wraiths and illusions, echos of their rage and ego, the aspects of the Dark Side. They arent true enlightenment and conscious self beyond death because Sith are so obsessed with the material vs the spiritual. They dont believe anything is after death so what Qui-gon, yoda and even Obi-wan achieve is just bullshit and literally impossible in their eyes. To live forever they cling to the flesh, to the material as their spiritual self decays into nothingness like those Wraiths or Bane. Nothing but empty ghosts, shadows lost in darkness.

Last 4 episodes of Season 7 should be watched in one sitting. Splitting the viewings will kill the tension.

Interesting how Darth Bane created the rule of two and has a helmet similar to Vader’s. Bane helped create a balance for the sith. Where Vader was the Fist of the Sith.

Man. If they keep doing two episodes a set, we only have six more to go. Then this series will be over. I almost feel sad, but that also means that the crew can move on to the other shows and the star wars Billys can continue to experience the crew's journey in a galaxy far far away.

An important point is that many Sith, Darth Bane and even Palpatine included, are constantly doing more and more fucked up shit to try to gain immortality through the Dark Side. Bane could only make that scary illusion ai thing, and Palpatine's cloning himself barely worked. The Dark Side feeds off of fear. The way to achieve life after death, it turns out, is not fear. It's one of those ironic things where if the baddies were just good guys they could have gotten what they wanted so much easier.

Originally when Clone Wars was on Cartoon Network it ended at season 5…. then later Netflix revived it for season 6 for only one season…. Then 6 years later Disney plus revived it again for season 7 (the final, Final season)

Just adding to the pile that yes the last 4 episodes of Season 7 should be treated more or less like a movie, and be watched all at once.

Yet another comment that will be BEGGING you guys to finish the final 4 episodes all in one go. Seriously. Treat it like a movie reaction. Set aside the time required and upload it all it one go. You will understand.

I agree with everyone that the last 4 episodes should be watched together. Also the Darth. Bane books are awesome.

You called it. The entire revenge plan of the Sith only happens because the Jedi have become arrogant, complacent, and prideful. They are meant to serve the Force, not the Republic.

As the Grand Master, Yoda is responsible for a lot of this. He’s kept the Order inflexible, rigid, and stuck in the past. While the Sith have grown and evolved, under his leadership the Jedi have spent hundreds of years training to fight a war they won long ago. The rules have changed and they’re incapable of adapting to it.

Yup, that line of thought it perfectly captured in the novelization of Episode 3, in like the top 3 Star Wars books for me personally. Yoda has that exact thought within the fight with Sidious where all the pieces are coming together thru the last 1000 years and the events of the last like 30 years. Fully realizing the failure of the Jedi Order in its complacency. Even admitting the Sith made this perfect system for the dark side specifically to grow and win.

Pretty much this. The Jedi are preparing for an enemy like before, where it was an army of Sith, the Sith have changed their tactics and withdrawn from military force and use manipulation and shadow work, the Jedi didn't adapt and suffered for it.

The Sith had changed. The Sith had grown, had adapted, had invested a thousand years’ intensive study into every aspect of not only the Force but Jedi lore itself, in preparation for exactly this day. The Sith had remade themselves.

        They had become new.

        While the Jedi—

The Jedi had spent that same millennium training to refight the last war.

The new Sith could not be destroyed with a lightsaber; they could not be burned away by any torch of the Force. The brighter his light, the darker their shadow. How could one win a war against the dark, when war itself had become the dark’s own weapon?

He knew, at that instant, that this insight held the hope of the galaxy. But if he fell here, that hope would die with him.

Hmmm, Yoda thought. A problem this is . . .

      2. senko0559

Its the novelization of the third movie. Yoda has the realizing during his fight with Palpatine in the senate chamber its why he abandons the fight and withdraws.

Yes this was always gas. Learning more of the secrets of the Force and seeing Moraband (Korriban) in canon is great, next season is full of bangers and the final 4 episodes NEED to be watched as one big movie sort of thing, they are absolutely the best 4 episodes of the show, especially the final episode.

Just mirroring what everyone else is saying, you gotta treat the last 4 episodes like a movie and watch it all in one go. You can thank us later. And yes, The Bad Batch is another show (and a very good one at that). The first episode named after then is a kind of backdoor pilot, im sure you'll enjoy them.

So, after the last season, y'all need to watch the next shows in this order. Bad Batch, Star Wars Rebels, The Mandalorian seasons 1-2, Book of Boba Fett, Mandalorian season 3, and then finally Ashoka show.

I disagree, i dont think they should do it in order. moments in bad batch especially have more weight to them if you watch Rebels first. They should def not do it in order

Agreed Rebels should definitely be first before Bad Batch just due to the slight cameos in Bad Batch that will only be understood and appreciated after seeing Rebels

I would also add Tales of the Jedi after Clone wars,Tales of the Underworld after Bad Batch and Tales of the Empire after Mando S2. They should also watch Andor at some point it's the best Star Wars series in my opinion but you can watch Andor whenever the order is less important for it in particular.

Sean, you got it exactly right. Qui-Gon Jinn is a perfect example of what a Jedi should be and what they used to be long ago. He went off of his instincts, if he believed something felt right, he went for it. That's the entire reason he was drawn to Anakin. That's why I love how the theme during Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan's fight against Darth Maul is called "Duel of the Fates": this fight determines who will train Anakin, and how Obi-Wan simply wasn't ready to take on a padawan. It really makes you wonder how things would have played out had Qui-Gon trained him from the start.

But anyway, I'm so glad to have watched your guys' journey through my favorite show of all time, and I'm SO EXCITED for the final season!!

I hope that y'all watch Star Wars Rebels as it is basically a continuation of the movie. It is as well mandatory to watch because it leads into the Ashoka Show. If yo want to know the context of Ashoka, you have to watch Rebels.

Also I hope after s7 you check out tales of the jedi as it heavily impacts the start and end of the clone wars
