Also, I believe this has been confirmed, but only 3 of the council voted to let Ahsoka back in: Plot Koon, Yoda, and Obi Wan. In other words, the chads of the council. And fuck Windu for that "this was your great trial" bullshit.

Agree with all the comments, the last 4 episodes of season 7 MUST be watched in a row like it's a Star Wars movie. No breaks, the entire arc in one video.

Ahsoka was Dave filoni's favorite character so there really was never a chance she was going to die

Hell yeah, excited for you guys to watch the rest of the series man. Someone said in here that you should watch the last 4 episodes of Season 7 all at once like a movie and I agree! It will make much more epic and such an incredible way to end it. You guys will nut and shit yourselves, just saying

Yeah, I remember when this was airing live in cartoon network, my 9 year old mind didn't comprehend that the show was ending lmao. Then a year or two later Rebels released, and I was like "they replaced clone wars with this?". I was livid, but I ended up loving Rebels, definitely more consistent imo compared to majority of Clone Wars, but I can't wait for you to see it!

Also, whatever you do next, you NEED to watch the last 4 episodes of S7 as like a legit movie, and release it as such. Trust me, it'll be peak.

Mannnnn this gets me every time. What makes this worse, is that there was an arc that was never finished and will never air but it has one of the most (in my opinion) important scenes of dialogue between Anakin and Obi-Wan in Clone Wars and it's about Ahsoka.

Tbh, watching the prequels after watching TCW doesn’t really add that much context to the prequels. Like, at all. Because the prequels were written well before anything in TCW show was even thought of.

Like, you won’t get any more context for Anakin becoming Vader, because we already have the context.

I think most would agree that if you guys do a prequel re-watch, probably do it between Season 6 and 7 of CW. No spoilers, but trust.

The show was cancelled after Season 5 because Disney bought the franchise, so they could no longer have it on Cartoon Network, and it was too violent for Disney channel, but they still had 13 unreleased episodes that they ended up putting on Netflix, and that was Season 6. Years later they brought the show back for Disney Plus and they finished the show with Season 7, but the original plan for the show was to have 8 full length seasons. The last 4 episodes of Season 7 are how they originally intended on ended the show

And now you guys have experienced the pure shock that we all did… I remember literally watching this episode when it aired thinking that this was the end of the show. I was so sad, confused, angry, much like Anakin and Ahsoka. I know you guys are taking a short hiatus from this show, which honestly, you're gonna need before the next 2 seasons because they get even crazier in my opinion. Also, one small detail I've always appreciated about this episode what Yoda says during Ahsoka's trial with the council: they reached a decision, but they're not entirely all in agreement. I always liked to think that Obi-Wan, Plo Koon, and Yoda were among the ones who didn't want to expel her, cause otherwise, why would he have added that detail. I also like how Plo is the first to apologize to Ahsoka, since he was the one who discovered her. Can't wait for you guys to pick it back up and I'm so glad you've enjoyed this show so far as much as I do. :)

IMO the arcs are mixed with some heavy ones and lighter ones, for heavy you have Maul and Ashokas trial and then for lighter pace you have the droids and younglings. It is at most a Kids show that often hits hard but has to have some light-hearted episodes. Season 6 is a mix of arcs that were finished in time, when they cancelled after season 5. And season 7 is an amazing finish of the show that I can't wait to see you watch them. After finishing the clone Wars I recommend to watch the Tales of the Jedi for completion of the stories of Dooku and Ashoka

Just remember she's only 15 here the Republic was literally gonna execute a 15 year old if she was found guilty. The kid that told Anakin to look out. You actually see in Revenge Of The Sith and we see him being shot and killed by a Clone Trooper when he was trying to help Bail escape.

What's noteable about Yoda's reaction to Anakin running after is Ahsoka is that Yoda assigned Ahsoka as Anakin's padawan to teach Anakin how to let go, when Ahsoka would eventually become a Jedi Knight/Master of her own.

Anakin running after her when she decides to leave the order showed Yoda that he failed to impart this lesson onto Anakin, to the point of maybe having accomplished the opposite.

I tried looking into what they were wondering and as far as I can tell, the younglings we followed through their training are NOT the younglings Anakin killed in Episode III. Idk what source told Boom yes but I didn't see nothin. They're pretty much just shrodinger's younglings far as I can tell. Lol.

Ah okay okay. Thx for clarifying. I was mainly focusing on the 5 or so we followed during the youngling arc with Ahsoka. I thought that's who they were referring too alongside the younglings we saw during Anakin and Bariss's fight.

Yeah now yall know how well felt, also to add onto erics comment in the beginning, back in the day half the fandom thought ahsoka was gonna die, I didn't think so but alot of my friends were convinced she was dead

The show originally aired on cartoon network, yeah this season was the last season but not long after they released season 6 known as the lost chapters on Netflix. Then we had nothing, we had a sequel show called Rebels on Disney, when Rebels then finished people were wanting for a Clone wars return and eventually got one. Lucky we now have an ending to the actual show tho it is perfect how the last 3 seasons of the show could have been proper endings
