Boom, only get a VCR if you have a CRT TV to go with it. I kept my old vcr around because I love retro media and still have some old video mixtapes and weird pop culture detritus on vhs, but it looks like shit on modern screens. Gotta go for those old tube tvs. Trying to find one in my area is tough because SSB Melee players and other retrogamers keep buying them up lol. But there seem to be more around on the east coast at garage sales and thrift stores and pawn shops.
