So with the arlong thing i have a bit of a theory but idk if its accurate they may have done it where they made arlong a 2pt encounter once at the baratie and then they move it to namis island cocoyashi village and they may have done this because they may have written don krieg we saw all those plot lines but we didnt see ghin don or any krieg pirates if you notice we also didnt see zeff or any of the fighting cooks on the baratie so some events might be altered (maybe as an example them writing don krieg out because of themes of literal gassing of mass amounts of people and etc? maybe netflix wanted to censor that and wrote krieg as a character out since he was pretty extreme?) but yeah regardles like you said everything lines up but… the baratie is weird like it just has so much that doesnt make sense
