   I agree with you. I did grow up super close to my brother, but I was also very independent so I understand both Dipper and Mabel here. I honestly blame the whole thing on Ford though. He was so secretive about the rift so only he and Dipper knew about it. As emotional as Mabel was, she wouldn't have given it away if she'd been told about it. For all she knew, she was giving up a random relic (still kind of shitty, but it's not like she intentionally gave up world-altering magic). Ford was also HEAVILY projecting his issues with Stan onto Dipper and Mabel's relationship, which is pretty shitty.

   My sister is younger than me by 15 months and 1 week so we are close in age almost as close as siblings who are not twins can be but i get what you were talking about, family can be rude especially when other factors come into play, for me the biggest thing i can think of is, she was in 9th grade i was in 10th, and she had told me she didn't want to be seen with me in public, it was one of the wildest things she could have said to me lol

   New player is great except for the space bar thing that another comment mentioned. I really like that if I refresh the page, the player saves my spot in the video

   Right out the gate, love the new player.  Looks like it functions well.  Unfortunate side effect, it seems.  If the video has started and I am typing (on desktop), I can't hit space because it's connected still to the video player, playing and pausing.

   I stayed for the Boom lore. No worries Boom, I got what you were saying. My brother's are 9 and 7 years older than me. Totally relate to loving my siblings but not needing them. ?
