Timewise though, it IS canon between the first two episodes of Season 7. It's a difference from canonical sequence (Between Ep. 1&2) and Chronological Sequence (Ep. 14). Given the choice, I'd go canonical.

A few things to clear it up. Muscle Man was warned about a hot dog eating contest by Death way back. It does come back up but that's for a later episode. This contest would've taken place before that since it's how he won the trailer (his home since before the show began) As for the movie it can be watched right after season 6. Season 7's first episode is just a funny thing that happens right after seasons 6's finale. It's not necessary for the movie at all since the movie deals with its own plot.

You could honestly watch the movie right after season 6. You don't have to watch the first episode of season 7 to understand everything.
