This show is "uncomfortably realistic superheroes". I HIGHLY reccomend the cartoon of "The Tick" from back in the day. It's absolutely hilarious and plays on the same theme. (Though I no it wasn't popular enough for you guys to actually react to)

Watching this again for the xth time, a lot of Omni Man's behavior in the first episode make a lot more sense when you understand his logic. (Spoilers ahead)
When he hits Mark in the gut during training, he's trying to dissuade him from defying him later on by showing him how badly he could get hurt. He's basically implying "This is how much it hurts when I'm not trying to hurt you. Imagine if I was."
Any chance you think the guys would react to Super Crooks(Netflix). Super heroes and Villain's, anime-ish but with western style comic. only one season i liked it. maybe they will also.

I stayed up all night to binge this show! It'll be good to watch it again at a more memorable pace with you guys because my memory is ALL run together now. S2 is soon-ish though! A perfect time to refresh the plot!

The way it works in the comic is Green Ghost has to literally puke the green ball back up, or just reach into his(male in comics) body to remove it
