Rhaenyra had her song on repeat and stepmother came in and pulled the plug basically.

My Lord/My Lady=any lord or Lady

My Liege=your direct Lord above you,

My princes/My princess=a princess or princess.

    Your Majesty= king/queen

Your Royal Highness=Heir to the throne

George R.R. Martin uses “Your Grace” for the king, queen and heir but it was usually a title reserved for Dukes/Dutchess IRL

Allison most definitely becomes a two-timing bitch.

Jaeharys's first wife was his sister actually. And the Queen that never was and her husband are related as well. The incest is definitely rampant at this time still.

It's theorized the throne cuts rulers specifically during the moments they are being unworthy of it. Even Aegon the Conqueror was cut by it once.

Daemon was eating his wheaties this morning, then tied his shoes, and then chose perfidy.

There are currently only 4 dragons who have riders. Rhaenyra with Syrax, Daemon with Caraxes also known as The Blood Wyrm, Leanor with Seasmoke, and Rhaenys with Meleys. There are other dragons but as of this moment in the time line they have no riders.

Please watch the first 2 Venom films before Spider-Man: No Way Home. It adds context to everything you've watched MCU/Marvel related

they don't add context for the MCU other than two very skippable post credits and they aren't in the same universe as Andrew Garfield only fan headcanon and theory if anything Sony would want you to think its in the MCU

So I think Damon was intentionally trying to prolong the war as long as he could so that seemed that the threat was bigger than it was. Thus once the King sent aid he would destroy them before it got there. It’s crazy to me that it took three years for that to happen though.

I love how both Rhaenyra and Daemon were covered in blood this episode, they’re so different from Viserys who struggled to kill the stag

They call the children of the king and queen, "my prince," and "my princess" as opposed to "your grace."

The showrunners wrote genius parallels here. Once again, poor King Viserys is compelled to kill something while others hold it down for him...just like his wife in E1. In both cases it's his kingly power that require and facilitate an innocent's death. With the stag he uses a giant golden spear decked out in Targaryen royal colors. It's arguable that another kingly spear took out Queen Aemma. How triggering this moment in the hunt must have been for him, listening to the stag wail like his dying wife.

I guess I never thought about it in that way, but yeah, a lot of this show is just sibling rivalry in feudalism lol

The Kingsguard were established by Visenya following the conquest, and she actually modelled them off of the Nights Watch, which is why their vows are similar. Also a little extra context regarding the Iron Throne, the idea of the throne cutting those who are unworthy kinda came from Maegor the Cruel, who is a few generations back from House of the Dragon, who was found dead, impaled on the throne. Also Viserys and Aemma were related, second cousins or something. Sorry for the info dump aha, really enjoying the reactions!

Erik talking about Sword-Tok. Might I interest you in Googling the flamberge and why it’s so dangerous for the exact same sweet spot reason?
