To somewhat answer the question about yearbooks when I graduated in 2022 I paid for a physical copy so pretty sure yearbooks are still around

I applaud subversion of expectations here, because basically any other main character picks the friend over the long dead parent. It’s one of the few twists I’ve seen that genuinely surprised me, sacrificing a friend for a parent without it being depicted as a villainous choice, but instead partially attributing it to guilt. It makes you really wonder what the last episode is even about.

00:18:10 it's a common misconception that armor was super heavy and cumbersome, in reality it weighed between 35-65lbs and because that weight is distributed across your body (in the form of bracers, tassets, grieves, a helmet and cuirass) you actually remained fairly agile. In the US Marines their packs can sometimes weigh between 90-159lbs which is twice the weight.
