I half expected this to be something that has been recommended a billion times here but couldn't find a post for it in the forum. (let me know if I missed it.)
Witch Hat Atelier just changed the game in the world of anime. The animation and design are absolutely gorgeous - it took them 3.5 years to produce! And the dub really took a risk by giving the characters different accents - which, imo brought so much life and personality to the show.
Highly recommend!
