a 90s science fiction story that still holds up storywise today. Start with the Gathering, the TV movie pilot and then season 1, which will take a year later.

One of my favorite shows. Not sure how it would do on views. Especially the first couple seasons, but epic character development story telling.

I think so too, it's certainly mine and my dad's favourite show that we watch maybe a few times a year. I would preface though, and in my opinion, is there's much which could be passed over in season 1, with only a few story beats which are need. I believe the main story really kicks off at season 2 with the introduction of Sheridan, but its understandable that season 1 has gems in it and is a needed watch for the rest of the series.
