I know we're jumping around, but I they could do Thunderbolts* realistically at any point now and understand where all the characters are coming from without having to stick with the timeline and release order (IMO one of the better MCU movies that has been released since Endgame)

I don't really agree with this. Understanding everything that is going on in the world gives context to why certain things happen the way they do in Thunderbolts*. Skipping ahead is never really the answer in the MCU and some people who suggest skipping (not saying you necessarily) tend to forget that it's not just about the characters we are seeing, but the overall state of the story. The worldbuilding matters.

Huge facts, even though the plot kinda does get lost in the way of bloat, you can definitely still follow the overall story of the MCU. I’d say you need to watch Brave New World before Thunderbolts* but to get there you’d have to watch Wakanda Forever & Eternals… & so on and so forth😂
