Learning that he keeps mordecai and rigby around to teach them responsibility. 31:50 the va of benson did an amazing job throughout the show. As a kid I didn't truly get it, but as a adult this scene makes me teary eyed when i see it. Benson is harsh but understandable so to mordecai and rigby who always cause havoc because he will lose his job.
