I just want to say thanks for introducing me to this series. I just finished season 2 last night and I plan to watch the spin offs when I get to them. I have the watch order and before anyone replies, I am ready for Legacies to not hold up to the other two shows.

For vampires entering houses, they have to be invited in by the legal owner or someone who lives there (living there is vague as a description but includes anyone who considers it home or where they live and they actually stay there). In the Vampire Diaries books vampires can be invited in by any human that is inside the house. It made it way crazier and also harder to follow.
