  1. OH! That last part at the end about The Brain and the Gorilla (Monsieur Mallah) is actually true. In the comics The Brain gets like a robot body, and then he confesses his love for Mallah and they do indeed fuck. That…doesn’t happen in the show btw. Also I remember Seone asking once if that should be Grodd. There are multiple talking gorillas in the DC comics universe dawg

  2. Kole :(( i love her character a lot, she has such a tragic backstory and history in the comics. i feel like they kinda did her dirty in this adaptation in terms of her powers lmao, originally she could fly and could just generate crystals into anything she wanted!

and Gnarrk is very similar in the comics except, he hangs out with a girl called Lillith ( or Omen if u want her hero name) who is also a Teen Titan that never got used in this cartoon. she basically teaches him how to be a human but that was only in his first origins, i can’t remember how he was changed during post-crisis and new 52

  3. weirdly, when Red Star first appeared in the Teen Titans comics he was originally named Starfire! then obviously due to our Starfire being added to the team in The New Teen Titans comics, he was renamed!!

also they changed his origins here to be kind of captain america-y but his actual origins in comics are kind of alien? he finds a spaceship with his dad and it explodes leaving him with a bunch of powers including pyrokinesis so kinda different..

  4. All 3 of you are morons like beastboy and Bree is Raven. End of story. Nobody can disagree. Cyborg is a possible maybe. None of you are Robin because he’s too serious and cool and none of you are like that. Okay maybe Ruff is sometimes but that’s me being nice. Teehee.

  5. this feels most accurate according to my impression:bree – ravenruff – cyborgboom – cyborgerik – beastboyh man – ravenbut if we had to do one titan per person i think it’d be this:

bree – raven (sarcastic and deadpan)
ruff – cyborg (big presence and leaderlike)
boom – beastboy (silly and comedic)
erik – starfire (sweet and kinda spacey)
    h man – robin (straight-faced and focused)

  6. just to add the previous season was meant to be the last but it was so poular we got this season but this one was less popular so we didnt get a season 6, if we got a 6th one it would have been starfire focused. each season has a focus character. season 1 was robin, 2 was terra, 3 was cyborg and 4 was raven, season 5 is beast boy

  7. they did NOT loose credit for what counts as a silly episode both these episodes contain new characters, because…spoilers they return later in the season

  8. Ruff is robin cause he’s kinda the one who runs everything

Eric is beast boy cause he’s pun-y

And Sean is cyborg cause I don’t see him as a Raven and cyborg is the only one left

Jk, Sean is cyborg cause he’s the more logical and thinking one of the group

  9. Ruff is kinda right about Dr. Light. In the Comics Dr. Light is also perceived as a joke and weak villain, but this was retconned in Identity Crisis that he was that way because the Justice League gave him a lobotomy and was actually super deadly and a serial SA

  10. After you guys watch the finale, I think giving the “canceled spin-off” section on the TT show wikipedia page would be a good read. I feel like typing it now would be a spoiler, but it provides some extra insight.
