In most places big freezers like that are designed so the door falls closed and has a seal or sometimes they can have light magnets like a fridge and they only have a handle on the outside. The handle can be used to lock it but typically has to purposely be locked from outside with a separate generic hook lock or latch, if unlocked it moves freely except falling closed. I’ve worked in kitchens and at water parks and the doors are designed so you have a handle to pull it open but you can push it open with a foot or shoulder from the inside if you’re hands are full bringing things out.
Ya and most Freezers now have an emergency button to either force the latch open on the other side or to de-pressure the doors seal.
