This episode mostly makes me sad for all the amazing human realm episodes we would've gotten if they hadn't condensed it all here. Also really missed a lot of potential Vee development during that time.

You guys probably know this by now but the paintings in the episode where Hunter and Luz were in Belos' mind show the entire story of what happened to Caleb and Phillip. And Evelyn is heavily implied/confirmed as Eda's ancestor.

Luz seeing herself as the villain was so sad this episode. She used to see herself as the main character/protagonist Azura. But she sees herself as the bad guy. Her arc is so good

The Witches magic comes from a bile sac attached to their heart, the magic literally comes from inside them so it doesn't matter if a world has no magic they can still create it.
Yet I know it's senseless to point this out now

In episode 1 of season 1, King and Eda said while explaining the Boiling Isles, that all the weird stories etc from our world was part of their world spilling over, and that Giraffes were banished from the Boiling Isles centuries ago for being jerks.
