   Yea garp knows he even said he hates them out loud and I'm 100% sure coby knows about them but being a marine is koby dream and he probably thinks he can change the system , if random no name marines know who the celestial dragon are I doubt koby a person who's really close to garp, reads the news and was at the reverie would be that clueless and he probably was told by garp that their bad but doesn't know it went into the levels of ra** and torture I can see him quitting and joining the revolutionary army the fact he's in sword shows he's not 100% for all the government objective and a reason he probably wouldn't just up and leave is because he's seen first hand how much good he's doing as a marine around the world also he don't know the revolutionary true objective all he knows is that dragon is the worst criminal and we do know why they built the red line its very obvious after the info we learned from vegapunk. also can you guys please react to the one piece fan letter
