   What makes me sad about Bruno, is that he was literally a case of shooting the messenger. His power was to see into the future, but rather than take his predictions seriously and take advantage of them, they ignored his predictions, and blamed him when they happened. He warned his Sister that it was going to rain on her wedding, and instead of pushing the wedding back a day, she just blamed him for ruining her wedding.

      I got the feeling he didn't even forsee rain, he saw his sister was nervous on her wedding day, made a joke regarding her gift, assumedly to try and ease her tension, but that pushed her over the edge to cause rain

   It's kind of a shame that this is the best movie disney has made in the past few years. Like it's proof they can make good movies but they just don't.

   Also it's fun having the villain be a stubborn old lady who treats her family like garbage

   I figured out why the house was crumpling when the house was crumpling at the start of the movie. I figured it out by her husband got drowned by the lake. But the thing is I knew it was Grandma but I needed more information to solve the answer. Encanto reminds me of the Monster House (story wise) and this is my first time watching Encanto.

   you know with a little bit of context I feel like the movie would’ve been a little bit better. I understand why they couldn’t put certain context in the movie because given the events that chase them out of Venezuela to Columbia, it’s probably too dark to put in a kids movie, but Abuela was essentially trauma dumping on her current family on what happened to her and her family in the past throughout her entire life that’s why she’s always talking about acts of service and protecting their home because she is still so afraid of what happened and if it happens again and she also lost sight of who the miracle was for, like she said
