Batman didn't kill the Joker. He killed himself

Would've been cool if they did a followup movie for Batman Incorporated

Can't forget the Nolan movies too. The "Batmobile" in the books inspired Christopher Nolan's Tumbler "it's a ... tank" reference.

In the graphic novel, the tank-like Batmobile shoots "rubber bullets". Honest.

When Batman is deadlifting a Batmobile in the Batcave prepping for his final fight with Supes, that's Tim Burton's Batman movies Batmobile.

The Joker appearance on the David "Letterman" Endocrine's show inspired the TV show confrontation in the "Joker" movie.

The books were released in the early 1980s. The President in those books and the animated movies is supposed to be Ronald Reagan.

The Frank Miller graphic novels this is based on set up the entire "new" Batman universe. Zak Snyder, Tim Burton, they all owe everything to these stories.

Oh, hell yeah! Best Batman film ever, not even a competition.

I'll say it again, everyone called Zack Snyder a dumbass for having Batman be a killer when he literally killed the Joker in this film. Therefore Snyder didn't make Batman a killer, this film did.

I know it’s unlikely because it’s a longer commitment content wise, but I really hope they react the the Justice League cartoon series and Justice League Unlimited, it would take a while, but it genuinely has some of the best storylines I’ve seen adapted for the Justice League or DC cartoons in general and based on their other DC reactions I know they’d enjoy it a ton. The character work done for all the members of the Justice League is crazy.

Batman didn’t hallucinate, Joker killed himself because he knew Batman wouldn’t do it, the comic illustrated this scene in a bit more detail

I have the comic and it's actually more ambiguous there with the Joker speaking in the same type of speech bubbles as Batman's inner thoughts. Before that moment Joker was speaking in normal speech bubbles. Pretty much implying it's happening in Batman's head. But there is no right answer here. You're clearly suppose to draw your own conclusions.

Definitely check out Joker, it is one of my favorites! Plus hopefully you guys do Batman: The Killing Joke!

I think you guys should watch Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. You don't really need to have watched the Batman Beyond series to enjoy it just know that its set in the future with a new person in the Suit (Terry) and Bruce operates as the guy in the chair for him. If you have any plans to watch the BB series then i would hold off but if you are unsure I would highly recommend it.

Finally after almost 27 years of being a Batman fan, I found an incarnation of Bruce Wayne who finally just kills the Joker. If’s everything I’ve ever wanted from Batman! I think I’m gonna cry….

You're not a Batman fan if you wanted Batman to kill. Wanting to cry is pathetic

Joker killed himself here, that wasn’t a hallucination, he does it BECAUSE of Batman’s refusal to kill him

I like the idea of keeping whether he killed the Joker open ala Killing Joke. In the comic it’s quite clear that Batman very almost snapped his neck and Joker was disappointed that he held back the little extra strength required to kill him, so he twisted his own neck the rest of the way to frame Bats.

It's an older one with a more cartoony style, but continuing the old-man Batman  future-hype over into "Batman Beyond, Return of the Joker"

Yep and nuke is like ionizing radiation or something like that which is harmful to living things no surprise there. Zombie looking humans that are literally falling apart at their DNA in real life and Superman is basically the same here. Absorbs non-ionizing from the sun which radiates both, but ionizing damages from the molecular level.

The plant sucking was a surprise though haven’t seen that used to often.
