   Looking forward to this. Fun fact; part of the dialogue throughout the season are pulled straight from Duncan Trussels ( the voice of Clancy) podcast.

   the first time I watched this I had such a hard time keeping up with what they were talking about, and then I watched it while on acid and I just got it all instantly

      Midnight Gospel is DEFINITELY one of those shows that hits completely different when you're tripping balls, lol.

   You two really gotta pay attention more to the conversation happening over the crazy visuals. I know the visuals are amazing, but the interviews Clancy is doing are so damn interesting and the guests are really knowledgeable about the topics.

   I just can't concentrate and all the stuff they're talking about because the visuals are too distracting... Is it ok if I keep doing that for the rest of the series?

      It's one of those shows you need to watch twice to get the full experience. The audio is based on different interviews done with the VA and a guest about topics not usually related to the visual plot. You aren't really meant to be able to fully follow both things happening at the same time. Not great storytelling but the chaos of it is the whole idea.
