What makes me sad about Nick's coming out scene is that Kit Connor unfortunately didn't get that same experience when he came out as bi in real life. In fact, he was forced out of the closet, clearly defeating the whole purpose

After all seasons of heartstopper I'd love to see your reaction to poker face! the cast in it is insane, or if you want to stick to the teenage shows I'd recommend the new heartbreak high also on netflix

And yes issac will get his time to shine. He's actually one of my favorite arcs in the whole show bc we don't usually get the type of representation he gives. Him and Tori are really high up on my list favorite characters from this show.

All of the actors are honestly SO good. I think it helps that, at least for most of the main cast, they're playing characters that are going through similar things to what they've dealt with. In the sense that like, Kit who plays Nick is bisexual, Joe who plays Charlie is gay, Yasmine who plays Elle is a transwoman. I think them being able to really relate to their characters story probably makes it easier to get into the role.
Also, I am super impressed you picked up on Charlie not really eating towards the end. I didn't notice that until my second watch through of the series! I'm excited to see your reaction to season 2 & 3!

FINALLY someone else has a problem with mixing sides lol I definitely have major ocd but it makes me get enraged when I put some food down and my family immediately mixes everything ðŸ˜
