   There's a bad habit of them adding dialog into the English dub to hide the deaths of random characters. I don't know why because we see so many characters die on screen and mass death is so common

      Because the dub was originally released on a kids network and was marketed for kids. I imagine Cartoon network at certain rules for their shows the dub had to follow. And while the uncut version removed some of the censorship, I'm guessing voice lines like this are still artifacts that exist within the dub.

   The "Dude, my truck!" was supposed to be a line for the edited dub, but it accidentally got put in the uncut dub.

      Makes sense. It gives "it's ok, I can see their parachutes" from tien in the saying saga or "they blew up the cargo robot."

   Based on last episode it’s kinda implied that android 16 is an android with no human component. While the twins 17 and 18 were humans who got turned into cyborgs by dr gero. 17 and 18 also have inf stamina giving them a huge advantage in a fight especially drawn out ones.
