   fun fact about 17 and 18, their names weren't 17 and 18 when they were human, 17's name was lapis, 18's name was lazuli. the reason why they don't use their real names anymore is most likely because gero removed most of their human memories including their names.

   So just like a little refresher it is mentioned in the last dragon Ball movie you guys saw the one with Max cell and ultra beast Gohan that Android 16 was the son of Dr gero and that I don't remember what he and that he was dying and then his father turned him into an Android to keep him alive

      I don't wanna be that guy but they literally said android 16 was never human this episode, its not a retcon either, unlike 17 and 18 who are technically cyborgs 16 is a true android, his designs were based off of his son who had died (and possibly to keep a bit of him alive he installed a love for life personality within him)

   Admittedly I did have a crush on 18 as a kid. Also other than that I like trunks is taking the situation the most seriously unlike other sayians he takes no chances and immediately wants to finish the job. After what was done in his timeline I can’t blame him.
