So this OVA was originally created to compliment a strategy game and was later reanimated and included with Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2, although it was not dubbed and only had subtitles.

You guys should check out Twisted Metal, genuinely fun show. The trailers and pre-release stuff did it no justice.

Yeah like you said it was an OVA. It was for a game that came out over there and that version had the older animation style (from the clip they showed when Trunks said he didn’t mess up the time-space continuum).

This newer animation was from the updated version they released in Raging Blast 2 where they added the villain Hatchiyack (the red villain that was the ‘Super Santa’ in this abridged version) as a playable character.

The villain was a Tuffle (if any of you have seen DBGT then you know that race)

Yeah sadly Bulma’s Japanese VA passed away when DBS was still airing, R.I.P. ?

To clear any confusion for y'all, this Is from a Japan only movie called "Revenge of the Tuffles". Basically was a scientific race that the sayains conquererd that Basically all didn't die. The "santa" guy is a Tuffle. And the red guy (real name is Hatchiyak) actually doesn't talk once at all in the original film
