Actually a couple members of Team Four Star had previously abridged this movie and Worlds Strongest and they only came back to do them at this point of the shows run because, well idk actually. And yes this movie is set before even Raditz shows up. It was the first DBZ movie and came out in 1989 while the Android Saga started airing in like 1990 or 1991.
