Highly recommend a few films from Cartoon Saloon, an Irish animation studio. They make absolutely gorgeously drawn and animated films centered on Irish lore. They are about level with Studio Ghibli, imo. Out of their filmography, I most recommend:
Secret of Kells (2009)
Song of the Sea (2014)
Wolfwalkers (2020)
