I do hope you guys watch Race against time and alien swarm at some point
While both technically aren't canon to the main show Ultimate Alien does loosely reference their events
Also Omniverse isn't a reboot it's a follow up to Ultimate alien and probably the most lore heavy series in the franchise. The reboot is just called Ben10 (2016) and is no where as bad as people make it out to be.

Race Against Time is straight up NECESSARY when it comes to who (guy who’s name I’ll avoid mentioning) is and where he came from. Alien Swarm not as much, though there are a few episodes that focus on the AS characters so for context I’d still suggest watching that aswell!

I do agree that Alien Force has a lot of mediocre episodes. It's honestly the series I was interested in rewatching the least.
I just think that anything that doesn't focus on the main Highbreed plot just has very okayish results. Like I think the one-off episodes have usually interesting premises (I like the idea of the Grounded episode, for example) but they just written that good.

Actually, Swampfire had been used 10x by this point. Tied with Jetray, one more than Humungousaur (9), two more than BChill and Echo Echo (7). I def thing this series has better alien balance than classic. Goop and Brainstorm are a little less utilized but not as rarely as Ripjaws in my opinion,
