To give a little background on Lishu and being a consort (might be considered spoiler but not much)*

The current emperor has never touched her. Lishu was given to the previous emperor because he was known for liking young girls. So the current emperor ( prince then) actually helped keep his father away from her. After the previous died, she was sent home. The current emperor actually brought her back to avoid something like that happening again. The emperor and Ah Duo had somewhat of and older sibling relationship with Lishu.
