Actually Ruff is right on this one. This was their way of showing that PB is not completely a good person. If you actually notice they sprinkled hints through out the show that PB rules Candy Kingdom almost like a benelovent dictator.
I love the fact that the music ice king sings to was recorded in the show creators house and the meows are the creator’s cat meowing at him and instead of recording again they just added Gunter’s child
The Princess Monsters episode always made me sad growing up like…. yes, it is messed up that Ice King stole all those Parts to create his own wife… but at the same time… that wife had a personality of her own, and even when she was left without parts… her voice and consciousness was still intact, reinforcing the belief that she became something more than just the combination of all those princesses.
I like to think that Monster Princess still lives on as a part of nature, maybe even subtly protecting those who are unjustly seen as freaks or monsters.
