Just a heads up, even though its not worth 'going back for', The song Scanlan is singing while Grog is having his potty moment is sung in full at the end of the episode (EP5), its actually a really funny bit that i believe was part of one of the live table bits of improv.

Casting not concentrating if casting you can emote move and talk
Also love how vex wasted her turn at the start of pyra taking an action to take trinket out and her bonus to take the broom out and free action yelling at Scanlan

I think this might be the part where they took the most liberties for time in the show vs the game. Things happened in the game a tad differently, but that cliffhanger with Pike hurts in both of them!

I lost it when SeeOhKnee guessed that Scanlan would emotionally hurt the Sphinx. L

With Keyleth getting the ability Elemental Wild Shape we now know for sure what level she (and VM ) are. She is Level 10 and the rest of the party should be around that level too. I know this takes away from the epicness of the moment but every Circle of the Moon druid can turn into elemental at Level 10.

On this here is a rough idea of how powerful a character is at a level:
1-4: Adventurers who are just starting out. A little stronger than your average farmhand.
5-9: These people are elite warriors of a group. Think Kings Guard and Captains. They are well known in the village/town they come from
10-14: Are responsible for tackling city level threats and maybe even disputes between entire nations. Well known in the region they come from.
15-19: Generals of entire armies they are mostly dealing with problems on a national level and even matters that concern the fate of the entire world.
20: This is the highest level a PC can reach. Characters at this level are fighting world ending threats. Sometimes they may even be embroiled in conflicts that extend beyond the mortal plane and into the planes of gods. These characters are well known legends known throughout the lands.

Keyleth moments really hit hard for me because out of everyone Marisha (Keylth's player) probably got the most shit for how she played. Being a woman on the internet already makes you a target but people were really harsh on her just for being in a relationship with the DM Matt. For some reason they thought that Matt would go easy on her which is ironic because I always felt like Matt actually swung in the completely opposite direction and would punish her for stuff that he would let others get away with. Seeing Keyleth's arc is really epic.

Additionally, for a large section of the campaign she was one of the content designers for the Geek & Sundry channel and seemed to have a heavy workload, particularly with dealing with new management at one point that seemed really incensed that they couldn't paywall Critical Role so seemed instead to put as much of their other ideas as paid content or just block off their ideas. Whenever Marisha cut loose during their game time, she got a lot of flack for not staying sober too.

Young keyleth (and a lot of other kids in the show) is voiced by Sam Riegels (who plays Scanlan Shorthalt) kids.
Keyleth's mother is ofc voiced by Janet Varney, the voice of Korra

also in game when Grog was talking to his sword they were actually in a town and Grog was using an outhouse, and because Craven Edge speaks to you telepathically it sounded like he asked the outhouse itself "can you ever be full?" and "what's in it for you?"

Out of all the series you guys are currently watching, this one hits all the right buttons emotionally.
I can't wait for y'all to get to my favorite scene this season.

I'm so excited for them to reach the Killbox.
