Love that Eric brought up All For One's dynamic with Shigaraki, because compare that even to Deku and All Might. All Might while supportive, will not hesitate on making clear that Deku has high shoes to fill and that he cannot afford to fail since failing means deaths on your shoulders, and all the pressure that comes with not just being a hero, but being THE HERO amongst all of them. Meanwhile All For One is constantly nurturing and treating Tomura with support inconditionally.
Bakugo's rescue was clean! Loved the animation for it 😁
This isn't a spoiler at all, just wanted to say it so you guys get it. Shigaraki and AFO are the same as Deku and All Might, just villain and hero. The parallels are beautifully shown these episodes.

just wanna say that imo tsu should be viewed through an autistic lens. she has exhibited many autistic traits and her being on the spectrum explains her black & white thinking in terms of rules and what it means to break them

also the 2nd ova was never dubbed so from my understanding you wont be covering it. but its important to tsus character as its canon. tsu didnt have friends growing up. which is why she forces peeps to call her by her 1st name and why she was so selective about toga calling her tsu. also why she use the -chan honorific in the japanese. i only mention it cuz she didnt make friends growing up cuz she seemed unapproachable. against, a very autistic experience
I get this, but also a lot of these things feel like side effects of her Frog quirk. How she stands, moves and talk mostly come from her quirk, but I suppose you could be right.
this explains a couple potential stims like the tongue sticking out and her ribbits. but there are several such as her hunched stance that horikoshi himself has said is in spite of her quirk. so she shouldnt have these qualities yet she does
also her upcoming scene makes no sense from a neurotypical point of view and its what caused her popularity to plummet after the 3rd season
no she shouldn't. Stus behavior is a mix of her froglike tendencies from her quirk and her having to grow up fast to help look after all of her siblings. Shes a direct non nonsense person. Hard disagree on this notion
her entire character arc is that of someone with autism. but i cant get into many details with posting spoilers. i will say that an upcoming scene with her this season was very polarizing cuz peeps didnt understand her. and an autistic reading of her character rectifies it

God, the Bakugo rescue mission, and the fight that's coming up next episode are PEAK of early MHA, like, the only thing that even comes close is something that happens in the next season (trying to avoid spoilers) of course, seasons 7 and 8 are actual peak, but season 3 as a whole is so damn good.

I really love Mt. Lady's moment in this episode cause it shows the start of her own journey from vain glory hound to true hero, having just woken up from being knocked out he she had seconds to process what was happening and immediately acted to protect civilians. also can't believe your making us wait another week for the next episode lol. blue balling me for a week.

So in one of the flashbacks in these two episodes, when AFO (all for one) was recruiting shigaraki, he says Shigaraki’s full like legal name, “tenko shimura”
