   The one day #1 hero was brought down by a toddler. Now that’s a scoop in future.

   But just for perspective Kota is five years old, so he lost his parents at three. Someone that young going through that I think would see heroes the way the little bear dose.

   MHA is excellent at recap episodes tiring in to the main story. Next season’s recap is my favorite.

   Honestly, even though the first episode of Season 3 was filler, it's nice that the Quirk recap actually gave us the fake name that Deku registered One For All under: "Super Power." It's simple, but I think it works for him because his whole life, Deku just wanted any kind of super power to be equal with his peers. Plus, the name's very literal to what OFA does.

    BNHA is actually riddled with Star Wars references, a lot of them are places like Dagobah Beach and Tatooine Station. There's more but that's for later in the series.

    Welcome to the best season in the early stages of MHA. This is when things get the best that these animators have to offer. If you think you're ready, you're not at all. This is called peak MHA for a very good reason. If yall thought the other seasons were gas then this one is gonna blow you away. Enjoy, cause we will right along side you.

    I am so glad you watched episode 1 of this season. So many other reactors have skipped it just because they were told it's filler and whether you think it is or not, if you are going to take the time to react to a series, then react to every episode.

    Smoking can be shown in anime, just not underaged smoking. That’s why Jotaro’s cigarettes are censored in JJBA, because somehow that absolute meat mountain is supposed to be 17.

    My patience is rewarded. Gentleman, welcome to Season 3 of My Hero. This is the season where the training wheels begin to come off for Class 1-A and that happens as early as the 4th fucking episode. This season also holds some of THE best episodes of the series here. You'll know what they are when you see them.

    The issue with the subtitles is that the subs are a literal translation, the dubs are tweaked for lip syncing and localizing. It can be annoying, but I get why they do it.

       Thats just because they are lazy and saving money for time ... I have been doing subtitles for anime in our republic for several years and the correct way to do it is to watch the anime to see whats going to happen there, then you watch the anime as you translate and add the subtitles. There are softwares for that. Youre watching, pausing and writing and then adjusting the timing. Its just taking some time to do this process but if you do it correctly like this you can do translation / subtitles that are the same as dub or even more precise than dub sometimes. Literal translations are for begginers or for those that want to save money and time but they often dont have the same meaning and it can get lost in translation as you are translating something you dont see...

          I'm aware, that doesn't change the fact that that's what's happening. There was actually a time where literal translations were preferred, but literal translation has never worked for dubbing, hence the disconnect between the two.
