electricity isnt a clear black and white answer for danger unfortunately, amperage and voltage play a role in danger and there are many different factors including the conductivity of skin, frequency, and time of exposure that make it not a simple matter to declare when exectricyt can kill. For example static electricty discharges a very high amount of energy but last such a short duration and is at such a high frequency that the nervous system doesnt get interrupted or really perceive it the way a taser is felt.
More than anything, I just love the fact that Kaminari literally short circuits his brain and becomes a complete dumbass when he just lets go and doesn't limit shit. Like, that is one hell of a setback and means he'll end up as part of a great duo if the other person can pick up the slack while he wanders around like an idiot and gives everyone the 'thumbs up'.
