This year marked the 50th Anniversary of Blazing Saddles, it'd be appropriate to watch now! Fathom Events just hosted it on the big screen earlier this September.

Falafel are these deeply flavorful fried crispy flaky crunchy balls ground up chickpeas and spices, when they're done RIGHT.
When you get some tahini sauce, some chili sauce, some hummus, some pickled turnips and chopped lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and put them all into a pita with freshly fried falafel.... fuuuuuuck, it's so gooooood.
I've had some cheap Trader Joes microwave falafel balls that sucked too.

Robin Hood: Men in Tights is one of my fave Mel Brooks films! I hope y'all react to Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein, too. Additionally, I'm looking forward to y'all showing The Princess Bride to Eric. It'll be fun to see y'all react to Cary Elwes's different acting skills as the Dashing Male Lead in both parody comedy (RH:MiT) and fairy tale romance (TPB).

I've never had hummus and always wanted to try it, what does it taste like? I know it's a condiment, and that is the extent of my knowledge.
