another great Netflix film I'd recommend is Ultraman Rising! I didn't know anything about Ultraman beforehand, and really enjoyed watching it

Omg been meaning to watch it and glad I have! This was epic, peak and just my heart!! <3 I'm a huge Kpop fan!! I'm so glad on one Sunday morning I stumbled into Kpop music show and fell in love with Kpop music Have so many favourite groups Girls groups and boys! Of course BTS is my favourite but I love them all equally! But yes Kpop Music industry is tough, hard and brutal! And some fans go absolutely insane if members date each other, be seen together, and including having a pimple and zit that visible to the fans to see! xoxo

The Flame Demon King thing was Disney. Wanting people to like their slop.
And The Girls were the audience wanting actual creativity. And this movie was the Honmoon that struck them down.

As a kpop fan since I was in high school (I'm in my mid 20s now) I'm happy that this movie is exposing more ppl to the whole kpop industry. Especially my favorite reactors! Also love that Sean explained certain scenes to them, he's saying the stuff that I wish I could say to you guys about this movie lol

I would love to see you guys react to some KPOP songs and some of the shows that the bands are on. I think watching this movie after seeing how real life groups are in tv shows (ones run by their own agencies and independent ones), and seeing the editing of K-dramas makes it all the funnier.
(Also some groups have amazing music videos, like movie level quality)
I don't know you know but main bad guy was voiced by the Guy that plays the Front Man from squid game his name was in the credits but you werent looking at it

There's speculation saying there might be a sequel and God I want it so bad. I haven't been able to get this movie out of my head since watching it. For subtle hints, there's the tiger and the bird, people have a theory that they're Jinu's mother and sister and at the end of the movie, they're on top of a billboard sign that says comeback. So hopefully there will be a sequel and Jinu comes back but it's still too soon to tell.
since no one has mentioned them yet from what i saw, seventeen is a group to check out for sure!!

Give you some Kpop recommendations? Say less! I've seen Stray Kids 3 times and "I'll be your idol" felt very much like seeing them in concert lol. I'd watch Venom, God's Menu and Chk Chk Boom. Social Path as well if you'd be willing to do 4. It's pretty poignant, including the words "gave up my youth for my future." I think you'd have fun watching them. One of the artists in the studio said they used Stray Kids (as well as many other artists I'm sure) for reference and I think you can see it in the above videos.

Everybody online seems to be asking for a sequel. Personally, I think we need a prequel. How did Huntrix first come together? Where is the nameless third member of the Sunlight Sisters? Is Rumi’s father dead or just missing? So many questions still need to be answered. I loved this movie and really hope they follow-up with these questions in the future.

Loved your reaction!!! I wanted to recommend some K-Pop Videos which I think would be very cool to do. The one I would recommend most would be A Guide to BTS Members: The Bangtan 7 by Taylor Mari its a great video to get to know BTS especially for each member it's 47:50 minutes but before starting that video I would watch a couple of their music videos then watch the guide. I would say to watch Mic Drop, then either Butter or Dynamite, then the Guide to BTS video. Sorry it's a lot just think it would be fun doing. Hoping you guys will do it but if not that's cool keep doing what your doing you guys are amazing and you guys also help me get through my day whether it's good or bad. Love you guys!!! :)

If you like this movie about fighters beating back enemies w/ singing then you should check out the anime Symphogear! Basically in the near future, musical warriors wielding armor known as Symphogear fight against an alien race known as the Noise. Hibiki Tachibana, a girl who was rescued from the Noise two years ago by a Symphogear user named Kanade, who died in the ensuing battle, ends up inheriting her power to fight against the Noise.

I literally have an ateez concert im going to next month this movie is exactly how it feels
so several things I would love to share:
1. The shaman women you see in the more ancient times are called Moodang, and serve as spiritual mediums for contacting spirits and warding off evil.
2. Rumi's sword is a Sa-in Geom (Four Tiger Sword), a ritualistic sword forged in the Hour of the tiger, in the day of the tiger, in the month of the tiger, on the year of the tiger. Tigers were seen as divine beasts, and was thought to channel the energy of the Tiger into a sword used in rituals to ward off evil.
3. Mira's Glaive is called a Wol-do, (moon blade), which are still widely used by moodang in ceremonies.
4. Saja boys is a Korean pun, as the word Saja is a homonym of both Lion and a psychopomp like the grim reaper in Korean. The black traditional outfit the Saja wear are the same outfit Juhsung Saja are described to be in.
5. While not explicitly named, a lot of the demons shown are those that appear in Korean folklore, like the Dokkaebi wielding clubs, the water dwelling Mulguishin (souls of drowned victims that become ghosts determined to share their fate by drowning others with them), and Mongdal Guishin (The faceless guishin).
