So the end of episode 4 where they blew up the Death Star was the Battle of Yavin.
Years in the Star War universe are measured in a chronological framework called BBY-ABY (kind of like BCE-CE) based around that battle. BBY is Before the Battle of Yavin, ABY is After the Battle of Yavin.
So the events of episode 4 occur during 0 BBY, then 3 galactic years pass before Episode 5 where we catch up with the rebel alliance on Hoth. The Rebel Alliance has been up to some shenanigans since then.
Episode 5 has quite a bit of time pass during the film itself. Some estimates from the Star Wars wiki say Luke has spent at least a couple of weeks, training with Yoda on Dagobah before he leaves to save Han and Leia. Not including the trip from Hoth to Dagobah, or from there to Cloud City.
Ohhh interesting! Definitely helps me make more sense of stuff chronologically lol
E Chu Ta!
How rude!
Fun fact: the actor who plays Vader also voiced Mufasa
Boba Fett had like 6 minutes of screen time throughout the whole trilogy and he managed to become an icon lol
1:55:01 one of the most important characters in all of star wars
Not spoilers but in real life Carrie Fischer and Harrison Ford did Bang a few times and Harrison kept not wanting to talk about it in real life and Carrie kept teasing him in front of his real life. So some of these bits are inside jabs between themselves.
GOATED movie, LFG
I gotta say I'm more of a fan of Episodes 1 to 3. I grew up more on Star wars Battlefront 1 and 2 on PS2.
You all are amazing yub nubs!
AYO WE'RE SO BACK
