Dib was created in a lab by professor membrane. I don't think we Have confirmation on how Gaz came to be but safe to assume she was probably also created in a lab.
You really shouldn’t word fan theories that you support as factual. That’s a fan theory and the only thing supporting it is how Dib is as intelligent as his dad and looks like him too. But intelligence and looks are genetic so him being a clone is a stupid theory. That has never been confirmed in the show, movie, comics or by the creator in interviews.
To clarify, I’ve definitely heard people say that the clone thing was going to be revealed had the show not been cancelled but they never give proof and all I find when I google it is fan fiction and posts on the fan theories subreddit. Even the Invader Zim wiki makes this claim but doesn’t include a reference like wikis tend to do, making me think that it was added by a fan who desperately wants their completely stupid theory to be canon.

So the big theory behind dibs mom is that he doesn't have one and he's a clone of his dad. The only real evidence is that they look extremely similar and his dad pressures him to follow in his footsteps. Weak evidence but extremely possible for this show.

This show actually used to scare me as a kid, but the Gir memes survived long until middle school even if you didn't watch it.
I went back and actually watched all of it before the movie dropped and really liked it. This movie is such a fun, silly little send-off to the series.
