   This is such a heart breaking story, even if only a small portion of it was altered from the real tale it's based on. I will say, though, I prefer the old dub compared to the new. The new voice actors don't emote as much, making it sound more dull all around... But, that's just my opinion. XD

   And it hurts just as much each time.

   I recommend “In this corner of the world” next for world war 2 era animated movies. This one is much happier overall though lol

   Thank you for laughs during the saddest thing I've ever seen. This movie hurts. Rice porridge is oatmeal different grain. A lot of countries did other countries dirty. The world came together to stop fire bombs, flame throwers and chemical weapons. Nuclear took a minute later
