    The reason that season 2 had such a fast turnaround is because they originally planned for season 1 and 2 to be a single 24 episode season. I'm not sure why it was changed, likely to keep quality up without rushing the show artists. The studio also does a set number of projects at a time, season 1 and 2 were back to back in that cycle because they'd already done some work on season 2 when it was still planned as part of season 1. Now they are taking a break for other projects and returning to it next after them, that's why 2027 and everything is an estimate right now.

    You guys forgot that all the alien fights take place in a separate space without any people and the damage gets reversed because it's like a parallel world or whatever.

    thing about season 3 most likely being 2027 is because science saru only seems to work on 2 at most projects a year and 2026 already has 2 projects for them

    The thing with DanDaDan that it's still an ongoing manga (it literally just started in 2021l, so the long wait for Season 3 should be really fine. If they pulled out a Season every half a year/one year they'd quickly catch up and at that point the wait for next Seasons would be so much longer.

    The anime currently ended with content from about the first year and a half of the manga existing (about April 2021-September 2023) and it took about a year of anime to reach that (Season 1 started in October and Season 2 ended just before October).
