   So what happened was Elswood was correct when he said he was bought there just a few days ago. You see when Ben, Gwen and Max went into that shack it transported them back in time to the day that was frozen in time by the Jingilator and then when they destroyed it they were transported to a new timeline in which Holiday Village always existed and no one was ever trapped. aka Time Magic.
