What is the thing with Nickelodeon and slime people keep talking about? I used to watch a lot of Nickelodeon as a kid, and I NEVER saw anything slime related. Is that only an america thing or what?
Maybe. I know at least when I was a kid, all the NIck shows that were like live action game shows, or the award shows, and some of the comedy sketch shows would drop green slime on people. I dont know if any of the sitcoms did (dont remember them ever having that), and the cartoons never did either. But yeah, the symbol for nick for (while being orange) is in the form of "slime" as well. The big one I remember was Double Dare. But yeah, google search Nickelodeon and Slime, and there is a whole wiki page about slimes history in Nick.
Adding a harmless chemical that smells like rotten eggs is what most actual, real-world gas companies are required to do so that people can detect when there's a gas leak in their homes and structures.
