I will say you will hear Khary Payton, Teen Titans Cyborg, a lot this season. He voices Kaldar aka the new Aquaman, and Black Lightning and other extras like the one you heard here

A lot of season 3 issues tend to be how the characters were handled and the pay off people calling it woke would not have caused to fail again

No. Quality certainly decreased and to just heavily focus on new characters with the main characters going in as no more than not as important was a huge slap. On top of that, plots still left opened even for the next season and hyping up and marketing (I can't say due to spoilers) only to expose little did a number on the show.

There was absolutely a huge crowd of "it's woke" people, but other than them people honestly were more upset at the main cast the show purposely got us attached to suddenly became the background characters(the season would've done hella numbers if it was a spin-off rather than actually part of the main show, though the "it's woke" ppl would definitely still whine)
