this is basically the plot of an arc of astonishing x-men. i think it was called battleworld or breakworld or something. but they had this GIANT planet sized bullet head to earth and kitty pryde had to phase it so it went through the planet.
The comic A Glitch In Time wraps some stuff up better than the show and they're even going to have a sequel comic to that soon that supposedly has that Valerie payoff

not really a cartoon but i feel you guys would really enjoy Lucifer! has a lot of funny moments but it does have a plot.

They do have a motion comic on youtube that you should check out once you finish Ben 10 and I do hope you watch Ben 10 again soon. It's been long enough to continue Ben 10 again maybe.

Yessss, Jimmy Neutron is FIRE! But Valerie did have a shocked face when they pan over all three people after Danny revealed himself, then they made her clap, but yeah, it was great rewatching this!
They were planning on doing more with Valerie but then they had to shorten season 3 and rushed to write a finale so unfortunately it got scrapped. But definitely recommend A Glitch In Time and it's getting a sequel. Overall I don't have a problem with the finale but they should have written Sam, Tucker and Jazz better in that part (even though I can see where they're coming from and like you guys said they could have conveyed it better). Danny Phantom will always be one of my favorite shows, it was my first fandom I was a part of online so I'm happy you guys reacted to it and enjoyed it overall.
Jimmy Neutron, Kim Possible and American Dragon would be my next picks just because you've already watched like five of my favorite cartoons already

If you guys need a new animated show i highly recommend the 2012 tmnt. If you love intros in my opinion it has one of the best intros.
you guys should try other animated series long term like Shaolin Showdown, Jackie Chan Adventure, etc. Of course, after the Clone Wars, you guys are going to love the series and many more to come.

"Jimmy Neutron" [the series] is definitely a classic one and of my top favorite animated shows that came from Nick when i was a kid
The animation has not aged well but the humor, the stories and characters are what made it so good for me and others
But yeah guys, you should definitely read Danny Phantom a Glitch in time comic if you want a more satisfying /ending/ to the series imo

Since you've watched so many series, and especially this one, I'd like to recommend/request "So This Is Basically..." Made by JelloApocalypse, it's an entertaining summation of whichever series the episode is about. There's one for Gravity Falls, RWBY, Adventure Time, Steven Universe, and of course, Danny Phantom. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend the ones you haven't seen because of spoilers, but the ones you have seen, I feel like, you'd enjoy thoroughly.
Otherwise, for a non-internet series, I once again want to throw Netflix's Sonic Prime in the ring. Sonic 3 is coming out in December and I feel like you'd really enjoy the (comparatively) short series. Serialized action-adventure spanning only 23 episodes.
Yeah everyone agrees that the Valerie thing not having a conclusion was the biggest misstep for the show. We needed more than just a shocked face in the background 😑. Nevertheless, it's been fun revisiting this show with y'all Jimmy Neutron makes sense to react to next because of the FOP crossover. I would also recommend Tmnt 2012 if you haven't already seen it 😎.
I also recommend Glitch Techs it's a nickelodeon show for Netflix 😎.
I'll be honest, this ending kind of cements the fact that Danny's friends are pretty fair weather ones lol. What, I wanna be normal and all of a sudden we can't hang out anymore?😹💀
See the thing is, I don’t actually think they’re Fairweather friends because if you watch the show, they’re in the danger right alongside Danny throughout the entire series. I mean literally the last three episodes have them fighting nocturne alongside Danny, jazz with her bazooka, Sam and Tucker with other weapons; then we have the camp episode where Sam and Danny take on Walker and his men; then, even the last episode with Valerie, Sam and Tucker are out patrolling with Danny.
The thing is by giving up his powers like that he’s technically saying, he trusts Vlad to keep the city safe. He’s trusting his biggest enemy to keep his friends and family safe. And we see how quickly that backfires wihen first the masters blasters start charging people and then he blackmails the planet.
So basically, I don’t agree do I think that scene sucks yes but I blame the writing not the characters just like boom and the others were saying.
the show was technically cancelled so butch the creator managed to get a season 3 but only for thirteen episodes thats why the season seems rushed
You guys need to check out the graphic novel A GLITCH IN TIME! It's a sequel to the show and has the darker tone of season 2, and there's going to be a sequel novel this year or next year about Danny and Valerie!!
Good to see ruff didn't spoil the finale again like he did for teen titans 😆. Still, next week is star wars and I cannot wait to start that journey
The graphic novel follow up is alright but I have 2 pretty big complaints about certain things. One of which is what they do with Valerie, the other is what they do with the villain from the book.

I think the problem with Valerie was that, unless the episode was explicitly about her, the writers just always forgot about her. There's so many episodes that would have made sense if she was included, even if she wasn't the focus. She could have been in Public Enemies and Urban Jungle because those were both about the town actually being taken over by ghosts, she could have been in Memory Blank and we could have seen the alternate timeline version where she was still popular (because without Danny her dad might not have lost his job). Hell, we didn't even get her and Danny having a talk about him being a ghost even though there were TWO double length episodes where the entire world finds out. And it's especially disappointing that they couldn't do that with Valerie because they DID do that so well with Jazz, there's so many little moments she gets throughout the series (more so in seasons 1 and 2) even if it wasn't a "Jazz episode."
So 2 things. 1. Like some people have been saying, there is a Danny Phantom graphic novel that was made like 2 years ago that is a continuation of the story, Butch Hartman didn't make it but I'm pretty sure he said fuck it it's cannon to me, and it was confirmed that there's going to be a second one and the teaser image has Valerie on it so hopefully they'll do more with her story! 2. I would love for yall to watch Jimmy Neutron! It'll especially be good now since yall are watching Fairly Odd Parents for reasons I will not spoil! The movie is also really good and really catchy tbh!

You guys want to see more Valerie you guys got to read the comic you get to see the ghost you want
Yeah I don't get the choice to make all of his friends dumping him for choosing to not to have powers. They tried to make him seem like he was in the wrong but it just made everyone come off as jerks who were only there for the ghost stuff. If people were getting hurt and they were upset about that, that's a different story.
I recommend checking out the follow up graphic novel A Glitch in Time. it feels like the first 2 seasons and is pretty good. Plus a sequel with a focus on Valarie and Danny's relationship is coming out next year.
